Q: Why don't I have a scroll bar?

This site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Unfortunately, not all browsers interpret, or render CSS correctly. All attempts have been made to comply with industry standards and as browser bugs become known, adjustments will be made to correct the problem.

As of this writing, all pages have been tested for the more prevalent, modern browsers. If you continue to experience this problem, please set your browser to refresh or reload the problematic page. You might also consider upgrading to a late-edition version of your favorite browser.

Q: Font size on this site is too big or too small. How do I adjust font size?

The layout and formatting on this site were designed to adjust to your monitor's resolution and settings. The default font size was chosen for optimal page presentation. Nevertheless, your browser settings can override all selected formatting on this site. You should consult your browser's manual to configure it for your preferences. For the most widely-used broswers, the following temporary adjustments can be made to adjust font size:

For Microsoft® Internet Explorer, version 5 and higher and Netscape Navigator® version 6.0 and higher:

1. Choose View from the menu bar.
2. Select Text Size.
3. From the drop-down menu, select the desired size.

For Firefox version 0.9 and higher. Press the following keys simultaneously:

1. Ctl++ to increase font size.
2. Ctl+- to decrease font size.
3. Ctl+0 to restore default font size.
